2. Services: FinDarpan provides AEPS, DMT, mobile recharge, bill payment and related financial services through authorised partners and APIs.
3. User obligations: You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Charges & fees: Service charges and transaction fees apply as displayed on the website. We may change fees with prior notice on the website.
5. Payment processing: Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways and banks. FinDarpan is not responsible for gateway or bank failures beyond our control.
6. Prohibited conduct: Users must not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or malicious activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious activities.
7. Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinDarpan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of the Service.
8. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the courts in the appropriate jurisdiction.
9. Changes to terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
