Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using FinDarpan. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

1. Instant services — No refund

Services that process instantly (AEPS cash withdrawal, AEPS balance, DMT, mobile recharges, bill payments, BBPS, etc.) are non-refundable once the transaction completes successfully.

2. Failed transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank, FinDarpan will work to resolve the issue and initiate refunds as required. Refund timelines depend on partner banks and gateways.

3. Refund timeline

Where a refund is applicable, we aim to process it within 5–7 working days. Actual credit to the original payment method depends on the bank or payment provider.

4. How to raise a dispute

Contact our support within 48 hours of the transaction with transaction ID and screenshot (if any). We will investigate and respond within 7 working days.
